I don't know what internal flights go from Stansted that do not go from Heathrow of Gatwick. I think this transfer is to be avoided; if the incoming plane is late, or baggage retrieval delayed and you miss your bus, or there is a holdup on the motorway you could easily miss your connection.
Alternatively get the train into London, there are fast services from both Gatwick & Heathrow, use the tube to get to Liverpool St and get the Stansted Express from there.
Some times
.
Get Thameslink from Gatwick to Farringdon (41 minutes)
Change to Met/Circle line to Liverpool St (3 stops)
Get Express to Stansted (45 mins).
see http://www.nationalrail.co.ukfor Thameslink train times and http://www.stanstedexpress.co.uk/for Stansred Express, also links to Heathrow Express. Gatwick express is more expensive than Thameslink, goes to Victoria, 11 stops on Circle line from Liverpool st.
