I've just paid an extra 35 for a flight to Egypt with Monarch, which is very little for the extra space and comfort I'll get. I've paid for premium on flights down under because the seats on BA economy are far too small for that length of journey. But for Miami it would depend on the airline. Personally I'd never fly club - hugely expensive; what exactly do you think you'll get on a 10 hour flight for the extra money you'll spend? But premium maybe, depending on the price.
Babybow,
I made enquiries last week to several Flight agencies (Dial a Flight etc ) asking for premium economy to Vancouver next year. They all said the same thing - wait until mid January as nearly all airlines have "January Sales" when ticket prices drop a lot. Also check out this website for the airline you want to use : www.airlinequality.com
Hope this helps

Just flew back BA Club class from Miami yesterday.....seats on the upper deck, wonderful service, nice food and free flowing booze and a nice flat bed to sleep it all off with. BA have their new config in Club and it is much better than the old one. Just before you start thinking that UncleBertie is rolling in it, we used airmiles to upgrade!
