All you need is a gizmo which plugs into the headphone socket of your iPod and transmits the signal to the car radio. It will work in any car with a 12V cigarette lighter socket (which are the same in all countries). You can buy them in loads of places but the cheapest source that I know of is Ryanair's 'Buy As You Fly' website. (Anyone can buy from the site. You don't have to travel with Ryanair):
