transportation between both shangi airports

I will be traveling to shanghi then on to xiamen, in Mya, by plane. The flight from Atlanta arrives at one airport and the flight to xiamen us from the other. What transportations choices are there to get from one to the other?

this says there's a bus. He also says you need to have about 3 hours between flights

The airport website says that Bus Line No. 1 operates at intervals of 15 to 25 minutes, with a fare of 30 yuan.

Taxis charge 10 yuan/km for the first 3km, 2 yuan/km for the next 7km, and 3 yuan/km thereafter. (Between 2300 and 0500, those rates rise to 13, 2.6 and 3.9 yuan/km, respectively). One website quotes the distance as 52km. My maths makes that 170 yuan for the journey (or 221 yuan at night)
