In duty-free shopping, a distinction is made between duty-free and travel-value.
Duty-free shopping is only possible for travellers whose destination lies outside the EU or in the Canary Islands. If your travel destination lies within the EU, you can take advantage of travel-value offers. Only duty-free tobacco goods may no longer be sold to travellers within the EU.
You will find the duty-free and travel-value shop in the departure area behind the security checkpoint
The same airport web site makes no mention of any left luggage facilities, manned or unmanned, I the assumption is there aren't any.

It is probably an utterly infallible rule that says shopping at airports is always more expensive than at a local ordinary shop. The certain exception is if you are travelling between the EU/EEA and anywhere else: Then it is cheaper to buy in the non-EU/EEA country and then very likely (again) the local shop there is cheapest, although there are exceptions inasmuch as some countries offer availability of some goods only at the airport.
