I recently came back from Orlando and received terrible service in the airport from Virgin Atlantic staff which I wrote a letter of complaint to their customer relations dept. They have eventually got back to me and I am not happy with the response so want to take my complaint further but don't know exactly who to send it to now. Does anyone know the correct procedure for this?
This happened to with British Airways , so I wrote (several times) to the director, and finally after refusing several silly offers I accepted 200 - not much but something, oh and they sent my daughter a pilot teddy bear. Just keep trying.
I wrote a letter of complaint to a holiday company and got nowhere. Then I downloaded the ABTA Code of Conduct. I was able to specify in a further letter how they had failed me and was able to quote from the ABTA COC guidelines.
If you don't get any sense soon, why not write direct to Richard Branson?, he is always going on about how good his companies are. or go to companies house and get the names of all the directors and write to each one of them also get onto your local paper.
