Warners Gunton Hall
I was there last weekend and everything went wrong, the star turn [ David Copperfield] was cancelled and second rate comedian & singer put on in his place, we paid 21 extra for a birthday pack at our table it consisted of balloons, streamers and a bottle of sparkling wine, but bring your own cake- we did, but the cake failed to show up , I complained and they said never mind you can have the table done again for free and the next night the cake still didnt show up again ! [ after that we said it will be stale by now - keep it], the shower didnt work in the bathroom and there were and all over the tea and coffee in the chalet.. Who should I complain to, because complaining whilst there obviuosly had no effect.

You're not the first I've heard say these holidays were a disappointment. Next time you fancy an adults only break book a Thomson Gold Holiday - I'm sure you will enjoy that
I remember you asking about this trip a week or so back and how you were going there as a carer with people in wheelchairs.

I would send an official letter by post direct to the "Manager" at Gunton Hall.
I would also send a letter by post to the owners of Warners who are Bourne Holidays Ltd, their address is at the bottom of the web page.
If you make enough "fuss" they may give you a refund, or maybe vouchers towards your next holiday (assuming you want to stay at Warners again)
