Easy way is to open a nationwide account .All you do then is take your card with you, use at any atm machine,(read local instructions as to whether they charge, as in england,some do ,but most don`t) and you get a better rate.Nationwide don`t charge for using the card abroad so you can take it anywhere in the world, so long as they have atm`s
