Hi All,

I booked a holiday online with Thomson back in December. I paid the balance (just over 1000) 2 weeks ago over the phone and I'm pretty sure the guy said I'd get a 'confirmation of payment' letter within 7 days.
I still haven't received the letter, although the money has been taken from my account.
Should I worry about this or just wait it out? Does anyone know if they actually send these letters?

Thanks guys! x

I booked a holiday online with 'Thomson' and had a similar worry. Did you get a confirmatory email? Read it very carefully, it more or less states it is the only communication you will get and acts as your confirmation.
You are also responsible for ensuring the balance is paid on time, they will not send you a reminder!
I left this so late almost lost the booking waiting for some postal details.
