Cancellation fees?!?
hi there my ex and i booked a cruise with ncl which for obvious reasons we're not going, but thomas cook is now looking for 100 each as a cancellation fee on top of the deposit that we're already losing.
does this sound right before i go up there and kick up a fuss?
cheers.
