i am hoping to get to la for a holiday.. which airline is good..? and which ones should i avoid... ? travelling from ireland

I recently went with Aer Lingus from Dublin to LAX and was very impressed with the flight and service.
There was no more legroom than on any other flight but the flight was not full and I was able to stretch across a number of seats.
The inflight enterntainment was excellent and complementary soft drinks were offered regularly throughout the flight, as well as there being an area where you can go and help yourself to drinks throughout the flight
