Hi Dee Sa, I remember your previous posts for travel help so know the situation with Mr Dee Sa. Just to mention about Covent Garden Station is one of my least favourite stations as it is very deep underground and you have to get the lift to and from ground level which gets extremely crowded, there are too many steps to negotiate (which my teenage daughter found out :) I had warned her and her friends!) however there doesn't seem to be an alternative which is within walking distance for you. My knowledge of Central London isn't good enough to recommend another station with a possible bus link which might be more accessible for you. Let's hope Buenchico or someone else as knowledgeable will spot this post and help you more
many tks Jules 001, yes I do have problems getting my other half from A to B without the car, years ago I used to commute to Covent Garden daily, so I expect once there I will get my bearings, we are off to see Lord of the Rings as its audio described and old Bilbo Baggings is a favourite of his.
best regards
Dee
