Alcudia Majorca

Has anyone been to Alcudia in Majorca lately? Any good restaurants to recommend? And anything else of interest?

There are so many restaurants to choose from, it depends what you want to eat. We just went by the feel of a place and went in if we liked it. Alcudia old town is worth a look around, very busy on market day, but market is interesting. If you have a car, Pollensa is nice too, the port is lovely to walk along the promenade in the evening. Check out the sandcastles on the beach! And don't miss the ice cream stall at the start of the promenade. Have a good time!

I think it depends where in Alc you are staying - it is quite a lively resort. I never travel without earplugs these days!
