I am hoping to go to new york in november and am looking for cheap online flights. I have found one on an australian travel agency website but the prices are in au dollars. Can UK citizens book flights with australian travel agencies for cheaper deals as it works out at half price with the exchange rate???

Are you sure? I cannot beleive that the prices are half-price. There must be a catch! I have heard that it is cheaper to get flts from central Europe- so try looking for flts from Parisor Amsterdam. Otherwise check out the usual suspects like ebookers or travelocity.

I've just looked on the British Airways website and for two weeks in November you can go for �348.50 from Heathrow to JFK. I can't believe you'll get it much cheaper than that

Booked one on australian website, got flight from Manchester to JFK for �220 with northwest airlines.
