We are staying near Valetta, but wish to visit the Cottonera Sports Complex which is at Conspicua. Any advice on travel etc would be helpful.

Simply head into Valetta bus station and hop on service number 6 That takes you to Conspicua.

The bus driver can probably tell you where the sports complex is. Alternatively, email the complex to ask for directions:
