camp america/repping/ski resort

a few of my friends have been travelling and say its great, and now i am redundant im thinking wether to do one of the above. no offence but id rather go from crap job to crap job while having fun rather than here in britain......i was in same place for a long time and see this as an opportunity to explore and learn and grow. i may never get a chance in that line of work again but wats use moping, has anyone done the whole ski resort /bluecoat type thing???
