Is there anywhere at all where you can smoke in Dublin?

On the streets. In a private house. You aren't allowed to smoke in an enclosed space which other people work in. Many restaurants and pubs now provide external areas with patio heaters where you can smoke. Pubs inside are so bloody nice being smoke free - we non-smokers get ****** more often.

Slimjim may not be aware the Ireland recently introduced new no smoking in public places legislation...so pubs, clubs and restaurants are all out unless they have as suggested an outside area.
