I can recommend Morzine in France. Its a very nice town, good bars and restuarants and shops and the ski area is very big with lots of links to many other resorts. I have been with this company for the last few years and find them very good.

I've have worked in ski resorts in France, Switzerland and Austria. I would highly recommend St Anton, it a an amazing pretty village, great nightlife and you have three ski areas. Also, it's not as expensive as France and Switzerland.
