Australian tree-carvings I saw on the Billy Connelly show

On the Billy Connelly show where he tours the Antipodes, he visited a kind of garden where the owner, a sculptor, had carved statues of his friends in the form of fairies and other phastomagorical creatures. I'm planning the visit Aus sometime and would love to see this garden - does anybody else remember it or know where it was or what it was called please?
