i am moving to spain in the near future and am wondering if my electrical goods are going to be okay to work, PS2 tv hi fi etc

Your TV will work but it will normally pick up Spanish TV picture but not sound, if you want both you will have to have the TV converted, there ar plenty of places here which do this. If you are intending to (illegally, but we all so it) have Sky from the UK then you will have to have a video too, either Spanish or a UK one as this is what converts the sound. Things like hair dryers, kettles, microwaves and hot air paint strippers will loose potencia if they are not very new, we bought all these items with us and ended up replacing them one by one. Generally white goods are cheaper here than in the UK.. now theres a suprise!!
