Ok, so you figure that asking three times might get you an answer you like the sound of?

This has been answered for you in your first thread last night.

You WILL need to apply for a VISA and probably won't get one as the offence concerns drugs - the yanks don't like druggies.
Somebody has posted here, in the past, to say that they successfully entered the USA, under the Visa Waiver Program, by simply 'forgetting' about their drugs convictions.

However that was before the new ESTA rules came in. It's being suggested, in various forums, that the US authorities now have greater access to information about UK citizens than they used to. As I've explained elsewhere, the passing of data between the UK and the USA is shrouded in secrecy because it comes under 'anti-terrorism' (even though most of the data probably has absolutely nothing to do with terrorism). So nobody knows for sure what the US immigration service know about Brits who are trying to enter their country.

The ESTA rules only came into full effect 22 days ago, so there's been no feedback yet from anyone who's tried to enter the USA illegally since the immigration procedures were tightened up.

forget the threat of criminal records, prisons etc.

Everyone should be warned of the danger of not being allowed to go to disney. Crime rates would fall dramatically.
lol red that really made me laugh! it's probably true though!
