Hotel near Dover

Some months back I saw a question on here asking for suggestions for a hotel to stay in that would be convenient for the night before an early departure from Dover by ship. I remember one answer in particular absolutely raving about a hotel just outside Dover, but as I never thought I would need it, I didn't note it down. Anyone remember or know what it might've been, pse? Many thanks.

I have stayed at the Ramada Dover Hotel 01304 821 230.
It is just outside Dover in Whitfield. This was a good hotel and it was very easy to get into Dover for catching a ferry. You could use 192.com and use Hotel Dover as the search criteria. You will find about 60 entries
