quite agree with all the sugestions regarding obnoxious passengers. We flew home from the Dominican Republic a while ago and there was one really agressive lady? who treated the cabin crew dreafully.We contacted the airline to say how well the crew handled the incidents plural! and they were amazed that anyone would comment on good staff behaviour! What does that say about the curent attitude to treatment of staff Definately a good kick for troublemakers andan invitation ot leave the palne immediately!
