Cyprus or Greece, me and my partner and we have a son 7 and daughter 15. We want a hotel, half board, near the beach and if youv'e stayed there, even better. Looking to go last week in July for 2 weeks. Thanks guys.

Hi, we are lovers of Cyprus but the problem now is the cost of flights, for every �100 you chance at Cyprus you loose �20 best bet nowadays if you can stand 4 & 4 1/2 flights Bulgaria very cheap & good areas around Sunny Beach , then you have Turkey again good value for your money, We often go to Gumbet.

hi, both places are lovely, this year i have booked my holiday through a privately owned place, why don't you give it a go? www.ownersdirect.com , there are apartments, villas, townhouse's all sorts of different accomdation,like zac says don't get tied down to cr@p hotel food!!!

Cyprus island is part Greek, part Turkish. I personally prefer the Turkish side as generally its less touristy.

Where ever you decide to go to, make sure your accomodation is air conditioned as it can get very hot. School holidays are also more expensive.
