what injections do i need to have if i am travelling to egypt

The British Government suggest "[y]ou should consult your doctor well in advance (preferably at least two months) of your departure, for advice and to arrange immunisations." When I went to Egypt I needed typhoid, polio, hepatitis (can't remember if this was A or B)  and a tetanus booster
