Open-Top Double Decker Bus

I was quite surprised to see a bright red open-top double decker bus in Naples on Google Earth. It looked quite English! I'm wondering if anyone else has seen same elsewhere in the world - or on Google Earth? Hope I'm in the right catagory ..........

Those red open-top buses are operated by City Sightseeing. If you're planning on starting a new hobby of 'spot the red bus on Google Earth' (well, I suppose it makes a change from train spotting!), here's a list of the towns and cities where you should look for them:

I went on one in Brighton at the weekend . I love those tour buses but crikey it was chilly.

I saw an EMPTY open top bus reversing into a bus depot just round the corner from Stamford Bridge (Chelsea's Ground for those not sports minded). When i asked the driver why he was putting it back in the garage his reply was ''We won't need it this season'' HA HA LOL

Well everybody, I certainly need to do some more travelling abroad even if only on Google Earth! I can obviously see there are now red open-top double decker bus sightseeing tours in all the big cities.

However, you must admit they look very Englsh. Did we have them first and start the trend and do we still make buses in this country? Thanks for all your interest.
