Can anyone provide me with Timetables for the U-Bahn and the Airport Express.

Berlin has three airports. (Schoenefeld, Tegel and the little-used Tempelhof). The Schoenefeld Airport Express timetable is here:

Thanks for that.

What is also need is the times for the U Bahn.

When do they start running.

The reason I ask is because when I return my flight is very early. So need to know if the trains run early so that I can catch the Airport Express.

If I've read the key on this map (which shows 24 hour routes) correctly, all U-Bahn routes operate from 0430 to 0030 but there's also a night bus service (U-Bahn-Nachtbus) operating between 0030 and 0430:
