Can any one suggest some good restaurants in Paris that would be nice for a decent lunch?

We are going in November and I'm not overly fussed about it being French food.

Probably best to stick to a McDonald's then?

There are hundreds of good restaurants in Paris. All depends on your budget and what you like.
You might like to have lunch on the Seine so doing some sight-seeing at the same time or a cheaper lunch at the top floor of Galeries Lafayette with a view over Paris.
Chartier,
Has to be one of the most quitessentially French(and reasonably priced) restaurants in Paris.
Sadly (maybe) for you, their food is decidely French, but I am sure there will be something on the menu that suits you (if you can read a Menu in French?)
Anyway, I can personally reccomend it.
