Medication in PORTUGAL (Pain Killers)

We are in the midst of a permanent move to PORTUGAL. I have a Spinal Disease & I need a Daily Supply of Co-Codamol Pain Killers (8 per day), plus I have to use (1 every 3 says), Transdermal Pain Patches (DUROGESIC D-Trans) 100 mcg/hr...Please can any kind soul tell me if BOTH of the above are readilly available in Portugal ?. Maybe I would have to order them in from another country BUT payment would not be a probelm. ANY HELP would really be appreciated.
