I am rather particular where we stay, and I have to say this was a lovely camp, very tidy, well kept, and well run. It is ideal for families, and the evening entertainment was excellent.
A short walk to the beach (where there is a small fun fair and other amusments), and the trains run right along the coast and Dawlish Warren station is right by the beach (if you fancy a trip by train either way up the coast)
A few shops nearby (that are not too expensive) plus a couple of pubs.

There were more reviews on the tripadvisor web site last year but they seem to have had a clear out so there is only 4 (which are variable). The reviews last year were all mostly excellent (which is why we went).

Few pictures of Dawlish Warren
This is from the air (or course) and shows the mouth of the river Exe with that large "spit" sticking out (it is a nature reserve). The sea front and beach is shown at the front, and the holiday camp if just off to the left of the picture

Here you can see the train line right on the sea front, with Dawlish Warren in the background. As you can see there is also a coast path that runs for miles along the sea front

Here is another view of the "spit" and you can see the town of Dawlish Warren, and the holiday campsl. in the distance.
