does anyone know of a website of where you can find out what airline each holiday/travel agents use.
i mean what airline for onthebeach,monster travel.118bookings.
as when you book with these online half of them dont mention who you fly with

Phone them and ask?

Presumably you know the airport, destination and timings so go to the Airport site and download a timetable which should show the carrier for the flight.
