Does anybody know if the sockets on Ventura are the 3 pin 240 volt UK type?

I will have a great time craft!! Hope you get something booked soon. Only done a partial transit of the Panama Canal, it was very interesting. Been round South America, Buenos Aries to Valparasio. Aukland to Sydney, Southampton to New York on the northern route, stopping at the Faroes, Iceland, Greenland (fantastic scenery). Now keen on the round trip Southampton, no flying, but we do like the warmth of the Caribbean!!
Enjoy your next cruise, I know I will.

hi miss meg - saw your query with regard to ventura - we are going on the oriana on the same journey as you august 27th for seven days - the only thing that worries me is the bay of biscay - have heard it can be very rough = but is that only during the winter. Have been to the Fjords and the Baltic, so far have had very good weather and no rough seas at all. Have a good trip and please report on here how you got on - i shall be watching this space
mahcaeh, thank you for replying. We have passed through the Bay of Biscay on quite a few occasions and never found it a problem. On our South American voyage the weather had a right tantrum, waves were 40 foot high, couldn't get into the Falklands because of it. As that was the main reason we did the trip we were right brassed off. I'm sure you'll enjoy Oriana, when we're back you'll still be looking forward to your cruise, have fun, Wendyxx
