Booked to fly long haul with BA in September, what are the chances of a strike ? We have booked with Titan Tours both for the holiday and flight, would they change our flight to another airline if they think there will be problems ?

Yes I'm worried about that too as my daughter's got a long haul flight to come back here in September. BA are so unpredictable these days who knows?
Titan Tours would probably try to switch your flights to another carrier if there was a problem with BA. However their booking terms contain a 'force majeure' clause, as follows;
"Force majeure - This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised which includes: war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, INDUSTRIAL DISPUTES, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions including hurricanes, epidemics, health risks, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closed or congested airports."

Titan pride themselves on customer care, so as Chris says they would do their utmost to arrange other carriers, which I suspect smaller, cheaper operators would not (or would not be able to).
From what I can make out, BA managed to keep most long haul flights running in the last round of strikes - it was short haul ones that got cancelled. I'd imagine they will try to do the same again.

And September's an awful long way off.

Plus its not school holidays, which should be a bonus. They love to strike at holiday time.
I would rather pay more to fly Virgin, than chance booking a BA flight!
BA are the only British airline who fly directly to where my daughter lives, so we don't have a choice but to use them
BA probably won`t gon on strike in September. The strike can only last for 12 weeks from the start of industrial action which takes us up until June.
