I saw it in the recent post box and googled it, there's no ferries but like chig found some cruises will go that far.

Probably easier to do it via boat to new york then train to canada.
It's possible to do it by cargo ship - but it will take longer and cost more than a cruise liner. And you may need to start in Europe.
I've been looking at that on google dzug2 and couldn't find any freighter cruises that go to Canada for some reason.

Cargo will be pretty basic cabin facilities though, no lounges or cinema!

might show something if you haven't already looked at it - there seems to ba a Polish line in there for example. 'Great Lakes' seems to be the keyword rather than Canada
