Can I use my Metro consession card on London transport?I am an OAP.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.As JJ suggests, all bus passes issued to senior citizens by local councils in England are valid for free off-peak travel on local bus services throughout the whole of England. (Some councils allow their pass holders to travel for free outside of off-peak periods but such passes are still only valid for off-peak travel elsewhere).
Residents of London boroughs can (upon reaching the relevant age) get a 'Freedom Pass' which covers the Underground as well as buses. However bus passes from outside of London are not valid on Underground services.
If your reference to a 'Metro concession card' relates to the West Midlands Metro scheme, or to any other transport system in England, your pass will be valid on London buses but not on the Underground. But if your pass is from outside of England (even if it's from Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland) it won't be valid at all.
