Daily Express �10 cruise

How many of you have not heard anything from the Daily Express or their agents dealing with this promotion?  It has now been six months and I have not heard anything. I have called their help line on numerous occasions but the girls are unable to help me and I get a different line every time. One time I was told that they wouldn't be dealing with them because of hurricanes abroad!!  Can anyone help or suggest something?

I've actually got a cruise, but only after the information given on www.holidaytruths.co.uk , follow the forum link to cruises (there's about 118,000 postings). There's all the numbers to contact at the Daily Express etc. All it took me was an email to the Head of Marketing Emma Pearce and a few phone calls and I was sorted. From looking at the latest postings people are still having problems. I got a Med Cruise and have all the flights confirmed etc. for �10. Don't let Rise Travel fob you off with any other offer, with persistance and a few emails you should get on a cruise. I wish you luck, also there's an artical on BBC Watchdog next week.

This promotion seems to be in deep trouble. Many people are having their cruises cancelled and have been offered money off vouchers instead or the promise of a cruise in 2006. The whole sorry saga is going to be featured on Watchdog next Tuesday , has already been on Working Lunch and various local radio stations. If you go to this message board you can see the extent of the problems . The last few pages give the most information.
