I do not travel abroad and have seen some beauties over Morecambe Bay, but what is your best memory?

South Wales. I used to go on holiday every year with my parents back in the 70s.
Saw some great sunsets over unspoilt rocky bays/sand beaches in Pembrokeshire.
There was a lovely sunset last night over the sea. I was on the beach at Sheringham in North Norfolk. Just breathtaking.

Sounds Idyllic, adore a good sunset and over the sea seems extra special doesn't it?
Also north-west Scotland ...Ullapool, Ardmair Point, Oban - that general area.
Walked up my first mountain near there - Stac Pollaidh (pron. "Stack Polly") I was 6 !
Get yourself down to the Worms Head hotel at the end of Llangennith beach, they have a terrace overlooking the whole of the bay, and the sunsets there are renowned, I was there a few years back and it was stunning
Hunstanton (near Sherringham mentioned above is great for sunsets).

Most towns in Norfolk face EAST, but Hunstanton is on the Wash so faces WEST and the sun sets over the Wash, giving great sunsets.

People come out with their chairs and sit on the prom watching the sunsets.

Lands end?
The sunset over Lake Travis near Austin, Texas is spectacular. The experience is rather spoilt by the locals who sit drinking beer and then start whooping and clapping as the sun dips behind the hills. As It happens every single evening, you'd think they'd realise it wasn't a unique event.
the ones on Santorini in Greece are lovely but overrun with tourists (like me).
Definitely the gulf coast of Florida ! We went to stay in Hudson, north of Tampa and saw beautiful sunsets every nights,.
In this country - looking from Instow in North Devon out over to Appledore (especially in April or September when there are really red sunsets

From a cabin in the Kruger National Park in South Africa.
Come to think of it, Playa Del Carmen in Mexico was pretty spectacular, as were some of the sunsets viewed from the cruise liner.
From the Trans-Siberian Express near Lake Baikal in Siberia (and it was -40C at the time).
