Hi
I am currently wondering whether you can enter the US if you have a Criminal record of Street robbery whether guilty or not. The case has not been sealed yet, but I was curious due to the fact that I am an aspiring actor and have been asked to come over there to audition. Can i still apply under the visa waiver scheme?

i wonder if that puff wham boy g.michael will be allowed to enter the USA, now he has a different kind of record(criminal)
he might have trouble, piggynose - as I recall the Kinks couldn't get into the States after getting into trouble over brawling on stage, and it meant they never achieved the poularity there of the Beatles or Stones.
I'm not sure that if you are attending an audition that you are eligible for the visa waiver scheme at all - it doesn't allow you to work.

And even if you are found not guilty you are still ineligible for a visa waiver when travelling on holiday.
piggynose, what`s a puff?
Isn't it the smoke you exhale after you inhaled your herbal smoke?
certainly not with the Gherkin in your pocket
you cannot apply at all to get into the US once you have a conviction- including motoring convictions. they will not issue visas to anyone with a conviction
