I have a complaint and want to get it up he food chain as high as possible, perhaps to Rod Eddington.Does any one have a senior employee's email address as im fed up with automated response and being fobbed off by customer services at British Airways.

The answer is simple. Write to Rod Eddington himself. get their head office address off the web and write to him directly and not to any address for customer complaints. This way his secretary will open the mail (dont go for emails) maybe he will see it...but more importantly it will go from his office to whoever deals with customer complaints in BA and it will be marked 'deal with it...NOW'. I did this and got a phone call the next day.
The  answer above is generally the best way to go.  As an alternative try searching the web for the names of members of the board of directors.  If you can find a name i.e the financial director write a letter to that person and mark it personal.  The reasoning behind this being that he/she probably gets very little mail and when they do the act on it.  It has worked for me in the past.

Do you know what I would do.

Find out where British Airways head office is and pay him a visit in person.

Arrive in the car park nice and early. Find the most high up car parking space eg 'Reserved for Top Brass' type of space and park your car and WAIT.

Eventually someone will arrive (hopefully the person himself) to park in the space and will see you already parked there and will no doubt make a very fast approach over to you to get you to move your car. That will then be your cue to move in with your complaint.

This has worked very sucessfully for me before and a very satisfactory outcome was had. Forget e-mail, letters and phone calls, a  complete waste of time. They have had your money so why should they be interested in your complaint.

Good Luck
