Lift share scheme

Is there a lift or car share scheme that anyone can recommend forba "one off" journey? Twofamily members wanna get to Glasgow and I wondered if paying someone who is already going and to be a passénger in third parties car may be an option?

On the face of it, it's a very good idea but would be prone to abuse by the criminal element of our society. (would you get into a car with a complete stranger?)

I see ur point but surely an official site would perhaps have it'd members register and thus b traceable ? Just wondering

try entering "car sharing" from wherever you are to where you want to go, into Google.
also try your local rag or free ads
