planning on going here on thursday. anyone been? i know its pretty small so would that make it really busy? best rides? things to avoid? should i get tickets in advance or just get them at the gate?

You should get tickets in advance because sometimes schools bring their pupils there and there are a limited number of tickets being sold each day. Also avoid public holidays in Singapore because it can get really packed. The most extreme rollercoaster, the Battlestar Gallactica, was just recently re-opened so it'll be a great time to go. The only negative thing I've heard about USS is that it's a smaller compound compared to other theme parks so it might seem like an abrupt change of settings when you walk in the theme park. Otherwise, I'm sure you'll have great fun!
