She concluded it was down to travellers to ask questions and make decisions based on the answers they get.

This comes after a survey recently found nearly three quarters of holidaymakers do not think travel companies were doing enough to address social and environmental issues. It also revealed the majority of people do not believe they are given sufficient information to make informed decisions regarding ethically sound getaways.
