Meet the locals:

Cubans are polite, educated and fun and are known for welcoming visitors from all over. Make time for at least a night or two in a casa particular eatery, sampling the traditional Cuban cuisine, which is a mix of Spanish and Afro-Caribbean influence.

Food, glorious food. For an authentic experience you have come to the right place, although the food isn’t a main reason people visit this island there is still plenty on the menu that will take your fancy. There are a number of surprisingly good places to eat in central Havana, if you’re not put off by appearances- as a lot of the places don’t look particularly appealing from the outside. One of the finest restaurants in Havana is El Templete, which boasts excellent seafood that is served with sophistication; as such the price reflects the quality- but is well worth the extra cost.

There are several great things about eating in Havana: the friendliness of the people, the sound of music drifting in from outside, the feeling of excitement as the evening lengthens… and it’s this ambience that essentially makes dining in this remarkable city so unforgettable.

Cuban Nightlife:

The nightlife scene in Cuba is legendary- there is a magic about the ambience. The breezy winds, beautiful sights, enticing smells and exotic sounds all make a truly unique experience. The Casa de la Musica in Havana attracts visitors and locals alike, the latter distinguished by their accomplished salsa dance moves and ability to consume whole bottles of famous Varadero rum. The renowned Tropicana nightclub stages nightly open-air cabarets that are so entertaining you could sit back and enjoy the performances all night- accompanied by a few Cuban Mojito’s or Cuba Libre’s.

Cuba serves up a memorable experience, which is creative and satisfying...filling any appetite and giving you something to sink your teeth into - with fun as the main dish.
