there are normally 2 scales measuring pressure, this brometer had a third scale, wondering what it measures?

I would expect a scale of the order 700 - 800.

1000 millibars (mbar) = 29.53 inches of mercury (inHg) = 750.1 mm of mercury (mmHg)
