How To Find A Thread Posted A Doy Or So Ago

I was trying to find the thread from someone who had a root canal and then violent sickness. I have searched under Body and Soul and also Chatterbank to no avail. Is there a short cut to finding this if you do not know any of the Abers names who may have posted a reply?
