Just got in and its cold and overcast here in this bit of N Notts but as yet there is no snow,not that we want any.

Just started to snow heavily here in East Sussex after very heavy rain all day. Power has dipped a couple of times so hope it doesn't go off as am on my own on the farm so no-one to exchange ghost stories with to pass the time!

Been snowing here in Kent for last 1½ hours or so and despite all the rain we've had it's laying, if it freezes overnight as it probably will it's going to be lethal :o(

The fields around us look like they have been dusted with caster sugar... It's bloody freezing though. No significant snow here in Fife at the moment

surprisingly heavy snow now (not forcasted on local weather) Cars struggling to climb bank on where I live.

Poor reporter - Saddleworth Moor is no place to be on a Winter's night. Just been out to put rubbish in the bin and it is still cold, windless and clear here (10 miles from E. Coast).
