Where in the world gets the most daylight over a 365 period or does it balance out?

In a general sense, all patrs of the globe get the same amount of daylight over a year, six months of each.
At the equator, each day lasts 12 hours, the sun comes up due east travels straight up is overhead at noon and sets 6 hours later with a very short twilight.
At the poles, you have 6 months of daylight and 6 months with the sun below the horizon.
There are certain provisos with these statements however,: The atmosphere refratcs the sunlight so that each day of visble sun is slightly longer than it would be if there was no air.But basically its 6 and 6 no matter where you are.
