Its very warm here in the NW no rain yet - been a beautiful day except it was spoilt coz the people behind our house decided to light a bonfire at 3pm this afteroon - very inconsiderate dont you think???

None in Manchester...yet...was just talking to my mum who said it's been raining in Shropshire and apparantly we're going to cop it up here tonight! There was some freaky rain here on Friday.

Yele, there is a byelaw which says you can't light a bonfire before 8 pm round here. Some neighbours did it on a sunny afternoon and my BIL set the hose on them. Not very neighbourly but then neither were they.

No rain here in South Wales, but it's threatening, very cloudy! Wind is picking up, not a good sign.........................................

Cooled down a bit here now, quite glad as was seriously overheating earlier, esp as been running a temperature.

I'm usually too hot anyway and have the windows open and fan on overnight even when it's really cold, was very gladwhen the temperature dropped earlier.

so so ta boxy. Fingers are crossed for the rain situation, my road usually gets flooded - low lying point and the drains can't cope. I have had water come under the front door before now. something else to look forward to.

Not yet in East Sussex. Forecast is for the early hours of the morning. So muggy though I am sitting in front of the fan. That could just be my hot flushes though.

Hi Box - he always lights a bonfire when its a lovely day and everyone is in their gardens and has washing out it is so very annoying! Someone put a hose over the wall but he still does it - how can I report him??

Council, yelenots - environmental health. Here's the page from our district council website, says anyone can have a bonfire but it mustn't disturb others http://www.dover.gov..../garden_bonfires.aspx

its just not right here is the thing though MY MOM JUST DIDNT CALL ME A BABY BUT TOLD ME I BELONG IN PAMPERS AGAIN look people heard her call me a baby in mcdonalds and tell me that she was going to get me diapers and a crib for what i did. i have witnessess dont you think that would help with soical servcies. its not fair she said that it was only ketchup we threw on people and the people in front of us were old like in 60s they wouldnt even know it was on there clothes if my mom didnt say anything. its not fair you know. i dont want to sound like a whinny baby all she had to do was give me the 90 bucks for the game of course of her she had to pay 300 bucks for the clothes i ruined.look BUT NO OTHER MOM WOULD TELL ME THAT I SHOULD BE IN DIAPERS AND NEED A BOTTLE ONLY MINE DOES THAT. not even you would say that if i was your kid..thats how un cool she is.. IT WAS ONLY MCDONALDS NO PLACE FANCY AND IT WAS KETCHUP. her telling everyone im a baby and belong in pampers and stuff was foul you know and a bunch of lies. no one got hurt it was only ketchup
