I have just got an Ipod mini (Apple). I have charged the battery and now I want to load some music!! But how??! If I plug it into my PC, the screen says "Do not disconnect" and I can't get any of the buttoms to do anything. The manual just says "When the song transfer is complete"- no help about how you actually do that!!

My songs are all on My Music folder in my PC, I have not used itunes before.

Please help!!

i have a ipod i belive you have to have i tunes to use it is a bit of a headache to start with.
Hi, First of all you need to start Itunes on your PC, then transfer all your music across (I'd first back the music up on an external HD) Once Itunes has transferred the music from (I Persume) MP3 to AAC you can plug in your Ipod. Be aware if your music files are bigger than the Ipod Memory it will stop mid flow. Arrange your music into catorgaries then you can pick and choose which music to load onto the Pod, Good luck.
