Sorry For The Mistake

An out-of-town homeless man comes to a nice looking house hat in hand, and upon answering the doorbell, the homeowner asks what the itinerant wants.

The shabily dressed person say "Well... I haven't eaten in 3 days and if you have some chores I could do for a few dollars, I'd be happy to do a good job..." Detecting a note of sincerity in the guys voice, the homeowner says "There's a bucket of white paint and a broad brush around back... go paint the porch and I'll give you $20".

About an hour later, the homeless guy appears at the front door and says, "I think I did a good job... I even cleaned up the brush!"... as the homeowner gives him his $20, the bum says over his shoulder... "by the way, that wasn't a Porche it was a BMW..."
